Full Circle Asset Recovery LLC (“FCAR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit fullcircleassetrecovery.com, submit our contact form, call us, or otherwise interact with us, how we use and disclose that information, and the rights you have under applicable U.S. state privacy laws (including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA), the European Union General Data Protection Regulation, and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
1. Who We Are
FCAR is a private, for-profit asset-recovery firm based in Brockton, Massachusetts. We are not a government agency. We help former homeowners recover foreclosure surplus funds and help heirs recover unclaimed probate assets through licensed partner attorneys in the state where the property is located.

2. Information We Collect
- Contact details: name, phone number, email address, mailing address.
- Claim details: property address, foreclosure or probate specifics, and any documents you choose to share.
- Communications: records of our correspondence with you (phone, email, SMS).
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, referring URL, pages viewed, and the date and time of each request.
- Cookies and analytics: see Section 5 below.
3. How We Use Your Information
- evaluate whether you may be owed surplus or unclaimed funds;
- contact you about your potential claim by phone, SMS, or email;
- connect you with a licensed partner attorney in your jurisdiction;
- fulfill our contractual and legal obligations, including recordkeeping;
- protect the security of our site and investigate possible fraud or abuse;
- improve our website and services; and
- comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
4. TCPA — Telephone and SMS Consent
When you submit our contact form and check the consent box, you expressly consent to be contacted by Full Circle Asset Recovery LLC by phone (including calls placed with an automatic telephone dialing system or pre-recorded or artificial voice messages), SMS, or email at the number and address you provide, about your potential claim. Standard message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any service. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message, clicking unsubscribe in any email, or emailing joy@fullcircleassetrecovery.com.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
- Strictly necessary: WordPress session and security cookies, and Cloudflare Turnstile to verify form submissions.

6. Sharing Your Information
- Partner attorneys licensed in your state, with your consent, for the sole purpose of evaluating and pursuing your claim;
- Service providers (Hostinger, Google Workspace, Cloudflare, Aircall), each contractually bound to protect your information;
- Courts, trustees, and government offices where we must file paperwork to recover funds on your behalf;
- Law enforcement or regulators where required by law.
7. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have the right to know, access, delete, correct, opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise these rights, email joy@fullcircleassetrecovery.com. We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days.
8. Your EU/EEA Privacy Rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the EU, the EEA, or the UK, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. 9. Data Retention
We keep claim-related personal information for as long as necessary to pursue your claim and for seven years thereafter to comply with tax and recordkeeping obligations, unless you request earlier deletion and no legal obligation requires us to keep it.
10. Data Security
We use industry-standard measures including TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and security monitoring. If we become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by law.
11. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
12. Changes to This Policy
Material changes will be communicated through a notice on our home page; all changes are reflected by an updated “Last Updated” date above.
